The Civil Litigation Section of the Austin Bar Association presents the 17th Annual Ultimate Trial Notebook. This day long CLE provides tips and tricks for a successful trial, including a discussion on pre-trial preparations, jury selection versus juror elimination, opening statements and closing arguments, soliciting witness testimony, and challenging evidence.

Attorney volunteers will provide brief legal advice in their preferred practice area(s) to veterans in need. Walk-ins are welcome or you may pre-register online.  Sign up starts at 1:30 p.m. and please sign in before 3:30 p.m.
