PARKING CARDS FOR CFCF
Austin Bar Association members are eligible to receive Attorney Parking Cards for the Travis County Civil and Family Courts Facility. If you have an active Austin Bar membership, visit austinbar.org/membercard. If you are prompted to log into your account, please do so. The webpage will notify you if you are an active member of the Austin Bar. If you are not, please pay any outstanding dues through your Austin Bar online account.
If you are an active member, please print your member card and circle whether you have taken the CFCF’s required technology training course. If you have not, visit the Travis County website to view available dates and times. There is no scheduling process – just find a training that fits your schedule and walk in.
After you have taken the technology training course, you will not get any letter certifying you have taken the training – it is on the honor system. If you have already taken the required technology training course, or when you have taken it, please circle on your letter of good standing that you AFFIRM you have taken the course. You will then call the sheriff’s office at 512-854-9638 to schedule an appointment to have your picture taken.
At this appointment, you must bring both a government-issued ID and your letter in good standing. The sheriff’s office will then issue you an Attorney Parking Card.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Attorney parking will only be available on Level 5.
You will need to renew your Attorney Parking Card each calendar year.
It will be important to keep your Austin Bar membership up to date.
Attorney Parking Cards are available only to attorneys and are not transferrable.
There may be times when the garage is full.
Be respectful and kind to the parking attendants.
