General Estate Planning and Probate SECTION INFORMATION

The Estate Planning & Probate section has almost 300 members and provides support for attorneys who practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation. The section provides its members with numerous opportunities for networking, community service, and continuing legal education throughout the year, including bi-monthly lunch meetings, teleconferences, a reception for the probate court judges and staff, and an all-day CLE conference.
