GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL LAW SECTION INFORMATION

The Environmental Law section provides a forum for attorneys practicing in related fields to connect and discuss a wide variety of topics in this ever-changing area of law. The ELS holds monthly CLE luncheons covering an array of topics including environmental regulation, natural resources, conservation, and enforcement issues, with speakers from varied backgrounds in both the public and private sectors. The ELS also offers members the opportunity to participate in section-sponsored community service programs.

BYLAW DRAFT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW SECTION OF THE AUSTIN BAR ASSOCIATION

The Bylaws of the Environmental Law Section of the Austin Bar Association are governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Texas. The Bylaws may also be subject to certain applicable bylaws of the Austin Bar Association.
