The 2023 Law Day theme is “Cornerstones of Democracy: Civics, Civility and Collaboration.” The Bar will will host an essay, photography, and poster contest for local students centered around the theme. We are asking your firm to take part in this endeavor by helping the bar provide cash prizes and shirts for the student winners. The essay contest winners will win $500, $250, and $100 for first, second and third place respectively. The photography winners will win, $250, $100, and $50 and the poster contest winner will receive $250 for his/her class to use for a party, art supplies, or equipment.

Friday, March 24, 2023 | 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM CT

The contests have proven highly successful in bringing Law Day to the public and giving Austin students an opportunity to learn and think about law-related issues they might otherwise never encounter. Learn more and donate here.
