In honor of Earth 2024, the Austin Bar's DEI Committee is spotlighting Jennifer Jamison, assistant public interest counsel at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. 

With TCEQ, Jennifer litigates disputed permitting matters in all media types. She currently serves as Chair of Austin Bar Association's Environmental Law Section, and she is proud to collaborate with her talented board members to organize CLEs on interesting, important, and  current topics in environmental law. She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School where she focused her studies on environmental and animal law, and she clerked for the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Jenny lives in Austin with her husband, two daughters, and a menagerie of rescue pets.
